Ada Coleman
It may be strange to hear that a woman has played a fundamental role in the history of mixology, however, Ada Coleman plays an important part.
She began working in London hotel in 1899, but quickly changed to one of the most famous American hotels, the Savoy, that worked in the bar of a bar, where soon they knew as "Coley", due to their skills it quickly became the main bartender and is famous for inventing the cocktail Hanky Panky whose base is the gin.
you may take it as a spiritual guide because I feel indentificada with her being a woman bartender because I like much to prepare cocktails and those kinds of things I am passionate about.
